An exclusive residential development in the heart of Meyrin

Situated in the municipality of Meyrin, the EDEN 10 development is set in a pleasant residential area, close to amenities, schools, public transport and the main roads providing quick access to the centre of Geneva.

EDEN 10 is an intimate development comprising just five flats, spread over three residential floors. The development comprises two ground-floor flats, two first-floor flats and a penthouse flat.

The flats range from 3 to 5 rooms, with private terraces and gardens for the ground-floor flats, balconies on the upper floors and generous outdoor spaces for the penthouse.

Private cellars, outdoor parking spaces and bicycle storage facilities complete the development.

We have the following flats for sale:

A cellar and an outdoor parking space are sold with the flats and are included in the sale prices.

The EDEN 10 development is being marketed on a land-share basis, combined with the construction of the future flat under a contract for works entered into with Bernard Nicod SA.

The purchaser thus becomes the owner of their share of the land, whilst construction is carried out in accordance with the authorised plans and the contractually agreed scope of works.

The project has a valid planning permission, enabling construction to proceed within a secure administrative framework. Completion is estimated for summer 2028.

This method of purchase also allows future owners to monitor the progress of their home and, depending on the stage of the build, to personalise certain finishing touches.

Financing will be arranged through Migros Bank, which will assist buyers in organising their financing.
